I have about 1000 rounds through my rival s and love it! I shoot CO in IDPA and USPSA. Ab out every 100-150 rounds I get a failure to eject, the round makes it about half way out before the next round starts to feed and locks everything up.
Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you resolve it!?!?!?

the round makes it about half way out before the next……..
Are you describing a stuck case that made it half way out?
Definitely tell us about the ammo you’re using.

Years ago, I had that similar issue on several Beretta 92's. It happened rather infrequently - maybe 1x every 400-600 rounds. It was maddening. On a carry gun, then I'd try to get 1000k trouble free rounds thru the gun before I'd trust it. Then, it would happen again. And, itw as happening on numerous Beretta 92 pistols I owned.

I posted about it on the Beretta Forum. Someone asked what ammo I was using. I was shooting red box Federal 115gr FMJ, bought from WalMart (back when they sold ammo). A few other people then reported the same issue. Someone measured the casings of the brass on their Federal redbox ammo, and found MANY of the casings were out of spec.

I stopped shooting that ammo, and it never happened again... Now, what is annoying was that all my other guns never had an issue with this apparently out of spec ammo. Just the Berettas. But, like I said, the problem went away when I quit shooting that ammo.

That is why I suggested trying a different brand.

I don't buy red box Federal to this day.

I’m curious how to fix this as well. Also happens to my rival-s. Mostly when I use polymer coated reloads. seems like a feed ramp issue because when I rack the slide back on fresh mag I have to push the slide forward to load that first round
