Double Trigger? I don't know of a modern handgun that has a double trigger. Do you mean a trigger that has two definitive feels to it: the pre-travel followed by the release? If so, there is a major company that makes striker fired DAO pistols which have a trigger that feels very similar to a very good double action revolver, only better. Kahr Arms is the company. I don't know of any .22LR pistols that have triggers like the common striker fired centerfires.

Perhaps someone can chime in and offer some more info on this one.

2. The Ruger has a double-action-only trigger?

I bet that you can find a .22 rimfire conversion unit for your Ruger.
It would include a slide, a barrel, and a magazine.

The only other thing I can think of would be a Glock pistol with a .22 conversion.

Wow, you just made me remember that Smith and Wesson offers their M&P series in a .22LR version.

NOTE: Well I just pulled their page up for this pistol and I see that it is classified as a single action hammer fired pistol. Guess that's not going to do it for the OP.

The Glock .22 conversion kit is quite popular at one of our local gun stores. It is reasonably priced and would be an excellent choice for someone who wants to train a lot on a limited budget with a gun that also serves as their EDC. The things they will miss when doing this is training for rapid followup shots, multiple treats training, and hit capability with calibers such as the 9mm and .40S&W. But I still think this conversion kit is a fine addition for those who also train with their gun in its normal configuration and just want something different. Heck, I might even think about getting one of these kits for my G19 and G23's.
