WORLD WAR 3: NATO is Drawing Up Plans to Go to War with Russia for First Time Since Cold War

In another dramatic escalation of tensions, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is convening to draw up plans to go to war with Russia for the first time since the Cold War.

Reuters has reported that NATO’s next summit scheduled for July will feature the approval of a secret military plan to go to war with Russia. NATO is claiming that the plans are all defensive in nature but will not let the public know their specifics.

The plans are said to be defensive, but such plans have always been in existence since the Cold War. Since then they have been occasionally tweaked.
I’m confident that this particular update is a big tweak considering the changing climate over the Ukraine war and Russia’s frustration of its progress due to NATO and European support.
I have no doubt that things will escalate and Russia will resort to use of a tactical nuke or two. From there things will slowly escalate to the global stage.

About 17 years ago there was a unheard of Military news type paper that was circulated among command officers. Sometimes they get passed down to lower ranking officers and eventually to NCO’s.
I was fortunate to have one fall into my lap.
In it there was one bit that talked about European war and world models with Russia and a super computer used to help assess on the fly tactical decisions, geopolitical environments….the works! (Some computer huh). Don’t tell me they didn’t have AI back then!
They would run simulations after inputing updated parameters about every 4-6 months (if I recall). Every new model would confirm the previous one in that the beginning of a global conflict (WW3) starts with War in Ukraine and tactical nukes.
Make sense?
Do I believe it? Well…..the war started in Ukraine where as 17 or so years ago, Russia had not even staged to invade Crimea.
Thats godda have some merit.

In the early 1900s, the US had war plans drawn up for Canada, Great Britain. France, and Brazil.

It's not an unusual event for military contingencies to be planned ahead even with at-the-time allies.

Press hype. As an army staff officer, I spent many days and weeks working on, modifying and updating war plans.
And remember that any plan lasts only until the first shot is fired.

Can anyone imagine the prosperity in this world with out constant fighting and war? Mankind never seems to learn from the lessons of the past. Hate, envy, and the power one gets from them must be more addicting than heroin.

Its no different that when the press report Air Force intercepts of Russian aircraft outside our airspace and injecting that tiny bit of hyperbole that make it sound like a prelude to imminent war. They intentionally leave out very important facts that this type of activity has been going since the Cold War, they do it, we do it too.

While Joe is in office, I’m sure we’ll seen more harmless balloons though.

Russia is copying Germany from the 1930'a take a bite here another bite there then a big bite. well the big bite isn't going so well for Russia. It has been 90 years since a real major war has been going on, which as history shows that is a long time.
