Mine is a baked dish. I was skeptical of it at first, but darn if it ain't just plain good. Easy enough to make too. Just the two of us and the dish makes enough for three meals easily, four if you have something to go with it or you aren't like me and have eating for a hobby.

Here ya go. Enjoy, and Cream of Mushroom works very well in this too if you have a hard time finding Cream of Chicken.
Cover the bo0ttom of the pan with a nice moderately tight layer, I use a large or couple of medium breasts, boiled in broth/water, and shred.

A lot better than hospital food and I'm floored by their "Cardiac Diet" menu. Carbs, sugar, and what the hell.

Spent the day at the doctor's office and running errands after, SO,,,,,,,,,
We reverted to leftovers, that is what they are for. Jambalaya. Coffee and impossible pie in a bit.
Not a bad ending to the day.

Tried to go the range today didn’t work out long drive for nothing . Stupid me has to remember closed on Mondays and Wednesday is night time shooting from 5 to 9 so I will go tomorrow anyway had smashed burgers and steak fries and broccoli love those smashed burgers 🍔
