Again Dan Bongino's radio show. My wife and I listen every morning from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Arizona time Monday thru Friday KYCA 103.5 FM. He took over for Rush shortly after his passing. He'll be on the air until his contract is up in 2024. I hope that he stays on. A principled Conservative to the core.
"Bongino and Cumulus Media have had public fights in the past, notably over the company's vaccine mandate during the pandemic. The host took a hiatus from his program in protest of the policy.
Bongino said he still has 1 1/2 years left in his deal with the company, saying, "I'm going to enjoy and savor every minute of it." Dan Bongino tells Cumulus he'll quit if it enforces vaccine mandate
Listening to some Johnny cash
,..he’s been gone for twenty years now.
Johnny Cash Hit Top , Hit Bottom,
He’s has some great inspirational songs after he became very spiritual, always had good sound to him ..
In 1995 my father died. I inherited a few thousand dollars and I decided to spend at least part of it on something I could keep for the rest of my life and maybe pass on to my kids.
I bought a Kenwood Bookshelf Stereo from the BX on Peterson AFB.
It cost $1000 bucks and for its time it was a good quality system. I still have it and I still like the sound.
In 2020 the VA gave me a pair of Phonak hearing aids.
The sound quality on my hearing aids is better than my Stereo.
I listen to Dark Side of the Moon on it and I can hear Every Single Note. I can understand every word the people talking between the tracks are saying.
Edited to add What I find really interesting is it even though the music is basically playing inside my ears the sound quality is good enough that it actually creates resonance and spatial separation between the two "speakers".
Maybe I'm weird but I think it's funny that my top of the line Kenwood was outclassed by a hearing aid.
