Sights for my High-Power Clone

I have a FEG PJK-9HP, the High-Power Clone. As far as I can tell the sights are the same as on the Browning HP. For a long time, I've thought about selling it, but in the last few months I've decided to keep it since it reliably shoots JHPs and a little trigger work has improved the pull.

I'm interested in getting better sights, more combat sights than target sights, so trying to find out what those of you with BHP have and/or used, particularly night sights.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
