I had a chance to shoot my extended 2 port barrel today at the local indoor range and my conclusion is.... AWESOME!

I brought the stock glock barrel and the ported one and shot them both.
The ported one cut`s down the recoil by as much as 70%!!! . Follow up shot with the ported barrel is very easy now, compare to using the stock barrel. With the ported barrel, the front of the gun doesn`t flip up like the stock barrel, but it levels back easily on the target instead.

I love the extended 2 port barrel by LONE WOLF DIST. !

Yea,s ago, I had a Glock 17 with a 6 inch barrel - it had 4 ports on it past the slide, and then there was an attachment on it that went over the barrel to match the slide.

It did make a bit of difference, but 9mm isn't really that bad anyway.

Had a 1911 that was ported, and it made no difference. I no longer have it though.

Nice. Looks very nice. Not sure I would want a ported gun as a carry gun. But, to each his own...
FOR CARRY, THE EXTENDED BARREL MIGHT NOT WORK WELL BUT THE FACTORY PORTS OR LIKE THIS CASPIAN ARE VERY GOOD IN SNAPPY LITTLE 40'S--SHOOTS LIKE A NINE

That looks awesome! I have never shot a ported model. How is it to shoot? Does it blind you at nite? Also, what does that do to your round's velosity? I have also head that it is not good for a defense gun or it is "dangerous" but I dont see why. Comments?! :)
