I really wanted a PMR 30. I had one many years ago, however it just would not work more than 2 rds at a time. After reading all these problems woth the new version, I son't see any improvment. What what say you???????

I am in California. EVERY gun here is far more expensive than in a free state. I guess safety and security comes with a cost to freedom. The State determines which handguns we can buy. We can only buy one new firearm per 30 days. We can buy all the used firearms we can afford. We can only SELL 5 firearms per YEAR.

OK! I found a NIB(???) PMR 30. Buying it next week. I'll keep you posted on range trips.

I was initially fascinated with the massive magazine capacity. After thinking it over I deceided I didn't need to expend that much expensive 22 magnum ammunition. And that design just seems to demand a lot of shooting.

If I understood correctly, the rounds have to be loaded in the mag in a certain order. a double column mag with a rimmed cartridge seems problematical at best. Others have tried building a 22 mag semi auto, but none were very successful. Cool idea, but I'll pass.

I have yet to even see one of those in a gun shop, around my area anyways. I think the gun is kinda like Big Foot. I hear people tell of a sighting, but damned if I have ever seen him.

did the California politicians ever think that their regulations would be forcing gun owners to build stocks of guns on hand??? I thought they wanted you guys to turn them all in? Or does a cash back rebate sale to the state not qualify as a sale?

We've also got retard politicians here in SC but they're not as dumb as you have out there.
Sorry, nothing personal, just saying your elected officials are idiots, but then I suppose if you're a gun owner, you probably would agree with that statement.

Shot mine today, loved it it is picky with some ammo for me, runs beautiful with what ti likes. I had not fired mine for four years since I bought it, till recently.so I assume mine is a older version. Keeping mine. It does want you to shoot it though.
