A nice Henry 41 mag seems like a good alternative.
Like the Henry,, but the 9 mm, I’d have to agree

The Capacity is low, but we are looking at Henrys,,and lever action always comes to mind.

Yep, the capacity is too low for comfort.
I have that same Henry in 357mag. With my custom my hot loads and hornady FTX bullets they knock hogs down in their tracks. They’re so accurate at the range they’re just boring.
But yeah, when you think of Henry, you think of Lever actions.

I like my ruger pc carbine in a 9 mm its a fun gun to shoot

Do you have it set up to shoot Glock mags ? Does it have that option ?

No but you can change the magazine insert to the Glock I don’t own a Glock so I left it with ruger mags

That’s cool, just curious. Shooting reliability is priority.
I only buy Glocks because they have the Best Mags around ,lol,,my opinion of course.
If you ever have feeding issues , you have options, Nice Ruger indeed.

It's totally unavailable in the LGSs in my area. If you reload 41 mag, you'll have rounds to shoot but if you don't, this rifle will be a safe queen.
9mm is what today's market can support because 9mm is available.
Other caliber can come later.

I know the Henry 41 mag rifles are getting bought as soon as they hit the market,,I don’t know why.
I didn’t realize ammo was scarce also,,,👍

My my. We are a little bit sensitive and bent out of shape.

I don’t think it was a sensitivity issue,, we have to take into account the time of the post, ( happy hour ) and the lack of emojis when you’re kiddingly serious, but meant no harm.
It can seem harsh, it was harsh. … but it was lacking

Wait a minute, 5 round magazine? So what will after market or extended Henry magazines cost? The guns a beauty, but looks awful pricey considering the market.

The high capacity 9mm for a Home defense round is a possibility.
I think in certain situations,, would I grab the high capacity handgun or high capacity carbine.
It could go either way 👍
