    I am looking in to buying my first handgun. I like the S&W Sigma SW9VE 9mm which is inexpensive, but have been checking out the Hi-Point C9(which gets bashed on ALOT) because I was told it would be a good starter gun and SUPER inexpensive. I Just had a baby and I don't have as much spending...

    I just saw an ad for a S&W SD9 and it looks alot like the Sigma series except it comes with a standard rail, night sights, a rounded mag and a slighly revamped look. Is anybody familiar with these? HERE they are on the S&W site.

    I've posted in a couple different spots on here, and havent gotten a repsonse or any help. Someone that owns a Sigma, can you please take the slide off and take a picture of the top of the frame, concentrating on the slide release and the horse shoe spring that keeps the pressure up on it...
