Hello, Utah.

Hate to see these state boards left blank, so I'm chiming in.

Been to Utah several times. Beautiful. Stopped and shopped in Moab. I tried to buy a Colt Single Action in Moab, but the man wouldn't part with it. Told me he had almost shot his dog and his wife with it, it had sentimental value. Sure couldn't ask a man to part with anything with such attachment.

I have a custom made ring from M&S Turquoise down in St. George. I had bought a bolo tie at a trading post and was wanting a ring to match the stone. Did it, too.

Dead Horse Point is one of the most breath taking views in America! Told some friends at church about it, and they visited the place.

Yes I've come to find out that Utah is a good plaace to live for a gun owner. Always SOME place to shoot.

When I moved here 5 years ago I saw 5 cops eating at wendy's and I asked them if i needed to register my handgun here. They started laughing and almost fell off their chairs. Since then I've seen so many poeple with a sidearm walkin around the streets that sometimes I feel like I'm in the old west.

I have been in Utah all my life and it is not bad for the gun owner here. Almost everone I know has at least a gun or two...or three..or ten.

I have family in Utah. If I had to live an any other state then Alaska, I would probably live there, it really is a very nice state in general.

Wow! This Utah forum is busy!:D

I'm newly registered on the board and just purchased my first handgun. I picked up a Ruger MKIII Slab side Comp Target with wood grips yesterday.

Who's up here in Utah? I'll see about getting some more people on here.

Northern Utah County and Yes that's my XJ. I'm a paid member of NAXJA (naxja.org)

It's bad here in CA, but there are a good number of true 2A folks here. Good thing I travel a lot for business, and I'll be bringing this UT CCW to the reciprocity states!
