The Reliant Gun Show in Houston is the largest I have ever seen.

What city is that in?

Tyler I don't think I can call it a city. I'm sure the shows in Dallas and Houston are much bigger but for us small fries this one is big. Tyler is 2.5 hours outside of Dallas off I20.

Hmm - Tyler is still pretty far away. I think I'll wait for the Houston shows...

We will be at the at the Big Town Gun Show in Mesquite on Dec. 2nd or 3rd. I have never been to the Mesquite show just the Denton & Frisco shows which were pretty good. The Frisco show got shut down due to a N.D. at 1st show.
Hope to stumble on a MP compact.

Went to this gun show today and what a joke. The Oil Palace is a big place and I would guess they didn't have more than 10 tables. The show is sponsored by North American Gun Shows. I'm putting them on my black list. I wonder if it was bad because of the time of year. I was talking to the guy's over at Gander Mtn about their low stock and asked how long it takes to build the inventory back up. They told me that this time of year, the gun manufactures shut down production to retool and give employee's time off so it will take some time to get back to pre-holiday levels. That might be what happen at today's show. Can't win them all.

Well, the Houston shows at this time of the year are as large as ever.

When I went to the last Tyler show to get my PS90 about 5 weeks or so ago, I passed that building. But, as it is 3 hours to Tyler, I don't think I'll be headed back for a while.

The one I went to there for my rifle was small, but not too bad. Schram and Bachman were there. They had some decent stuff.
