Moving from MD to RI

Hi guys,

New to the forum here. I am moving from Maryland to Rhode Island. I own 2 pistols which are registered in MD. I was wondering if anyone knows the process of transferring my registrations to RI? Also, are there any mag capacity restrictions? Thank you in advance for any input.

Best bet is call the RI State Police and find out the answer from them. One quick phone call to them would already have you the answer, and it would be from the people who could throw you in jail; not from potentially well-intentioned but wrong, usernames on the Internet. It also won't hurt you to check on the vehicle storage requirements of the states you will be driving through to get there.
