I go to the range an average of 4 to 5 times a week and each time I'm able to pick up 50 to 300 pieces of brass. I get behind and end up with buckets full that have not been sorted. I hope I found the solution with this commercial shelves and bin combo. Saw it at Sam's club for 99 dollars and had to have it. Gotta get back to sorting.

I feel like I've become a brass fiend since I started reloading. :twisted:

I resent any brass that flies over the wall at my indoor range, :smt088 and I look like some kind of addict after I shoot, scrambling all over the floor on all fours, picking up stray brass, :prayer: swearing at other shooters who accidently step on spent brass. :smt075

Is there a support group? :help:

Just take it one day at a time. I get the shakes real bad man when I see these people put thier brass back in the box then throw it in the can. It's a big trash can and my son holds my legs while I'm upside down looking for the brass. I feel your pain what a sight that must be when they step on those poor brass things. They never hurt no one it the bullet man the bullet

With the Chinese buying up all the brass, you'd better beware of an agent breaking in to steal your stash. lol

I shoot the .44 Magnum, .45 Colt, and .357 Magnum, all of which are scarce at my local range. Also, reloads sold there are requested that the buyer turn in his fired brass. I have a friend who shoots .38 Specials and that helps.

I take it home and sort it out and clean it up and box it after separation. I keep my brass separated by the number of times its been reloaded for heavy or target loads. Maybe I'm too picky, but it works for me.

I've found if after loading magnum power loads for about ten times, I'll extend case life if I load mild loads from then on. Some of my .44 brass is approaching fifty times being loaded.

Well, wow! I'll have to drop that idea on the guy who comes for the range's brass around here. One guy... an amazing amount of brass.
