it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. if it's something that the manufacturer offers, go o.e.m. if it's a custom color or finish job, ask someone else, i've never tried it. all i know is that there are alot of comments agaist ganden mtn. this is the first i've heard of the company you linked your post to. if you tell us your intentions, you will get alot better suggestions.
If "ganden mtn" equates to Gander Mountain, they send out all their work like that to contractors. I had one of my rifles magnaported through Gander Mountain. They sent it to the actual company that started that process. Other than the fact that the magnaporting didn't do what I was hoping, they did a good job.
I have all my refinishing done at Robar. They are close, I know the people, and I have always been satisfied with the work. I have quite a few guns finished with NP3, one with electroless nickel, and just got one recently with Roguard. I'm sure you can get electroless nickel lots of different places, and Roguard is probably a brand name for a generic process that other people have, but as far as I know, you can only get NP3 from Robar.
Never used them BUT if you do let me know how they work out.
This is another option I was looking at
