i think its a fake, the recoil would knock that little gun out of anyones hand.
I don't know how you can say the recoil would cause it to go flying because we don't know for sure what it fires. Looks to me it kind of rolled in his hands due to the tiny size. Not sure if it's real or not. It's a neat video, real or not.

whats it putting a hole in is that metal it seem as though the percussion would blow a gun that size apart. i tend to think its fake
It's plausible. Machinists are always trying to make working miniatures of things. That one is based on the lines of an autopistol, but here's an even smaller gun, designed to look like a Colt Python:

Let's see....shooting indoors, against a METAL target, inclined to bounce back at him....So the guy is a fool. Gun is a piece of junk. Can't even hold it.. Who would want this stupid thing? Get a derringer that shoots 22's.
