Has anyone tried out a Kimber Ultra CDP II?

Would like to know what you guys think of it. No one around my area has it available to rent.

Yes. This is my CCW. If you haven't handled one it is a lot lighter and more well balanced than you may be imagining.

The gun is dead on accurate. I love shooting it. I have read on some forums of people having ejection problems, but I think buying the Stainless Steel magazine offered by Kimber is the key to preventing this. Mine works great. Plus I like the extender that is offered with this optional magazine. Offers you two different lengths.

I have several handguns and this one is my favorite. I doubt very much you will be disappointed with it should you decide to own one.

I've had mine for about 6 months and love it. Like Guzz said it is dead accurate...just as accurate as my Dan Wesson Commander Classic Bobtail, and that's really accurate. Gorgeous fit and finish and after about 900 rounds of several different brands of both JHP's and FMJ's reliability is a non-issue. Great gun. Possibly one of the best kept secrets in the newer models. It's actually a Kimber custom shop gun. Highly recommended. Now if I just had my new Brommeland Max Con V and double mag pouch that I ordered last October for it...:cool: :cool:
