He glosses over the type 3 malfunction and doesn't go into how to clear it, which is drastically different than tap-rack. That would be my biggest complaint. I do practice type 1 & 2, but in the field, at the range during competition, the bugaboo has been the type 3. That just seems to be the way Murphy works. So, I diagnose. Good video, good points but I don't own a Glock.
Tap rack will generally clear most everything. On the type 3, yep a bit more to it, lock slide to the rear get the old mag out, rack it, reload and go on about your business.
Same thing, generally, every time with whatever weapon.
