I think I may have an issue with the brand new Jericho 941 PL in 40cal that I just got yesterday.
I hope you guys can share your views.
Anyway, I got the 941 i ordered two months ago just yesterday, my birthday gift to myself. I removed the slide to do the de-greasing of the shipping wax and such. To my surprise, there were two cracks inside the magwell that ran almost the entire length of the magwell.
My question now is, is this normal or tipical of a polymer lower? There are no visible cracks on the grip itself, but the ones in the magwell are very prominent and quite deep.
It's the first time I have owned a polymer pistol. My collection includes the ff: Beretta 92FS, CZ75 first generation, FM M90, Norinco Tokarev, Taurus PT945, Walther PPK, Taurus PT100, Remington 1911, Winchester .22LR Rifle, and an M4 Bushmaster.
I have e-mailed IWI but haven't gotten a response yet.
