With practice, you can become proficient with any of 'em. In order to practice, you have to shoot. Most folks will shoot a handgun that feels good in their hands more often than a gun that was recommended by others, and may not feel as good. 'Round the barn way of sayin' "try 'em on", and YOU decide what feels best.
You need to try on a gun. The Sig did not fit right in my hand. The Kimber Solo had the best fit in my hand but it is not reliable. The Diamond Back.9mm trigger guard was not in the right place when I reached for the trigger. I ended up purchasing the Kahr Cm 9. It for a my hand and the trigger guard did not get on my way when I reached for the trigger. It is also incredibly accurate for such a small gun. Downside you need to be patient as you break in the gun. It is very tight and shooting it loosed up the moving parts. I have fired 650 rounds and it runs great.
If you have a range that rents pistols. Then you can test out many,With out buying....
We can give you some brand names ... but
You should go rent / beg / borrow any gun that you think you want to buy.
They all feel differently in your hand and when you shoot them.
Try Sig Sauer / Ruger / S&W / Beretta ... all are fine guns IMHO
Good luck.
