Where did this NRA civil war relic come from?
My brother left me an NRA civil war relic, but I have no idea where it came from. Could it been some sort of membership gift?

This item used to be owned by my late brother. It is a limited edition placard encasing two coins, a quote, and a relic minieball recovered from a civil war encampment or battlefield. There are two challenge coins of NRA founders Captain Wingate and Lieutenant Colonel Church. The coins and quote are plated with 24K gold, and nothing of course has ever been removed from behind the glass. The placard has been taken out before, but is it perfect condition. It is a truly beautiful item There is a certificate of authenticity provided by the National Rifle Association.
