.32 or .380

Hey everyone,

To begin with, please forgive my ignorance. I'm new to the pistol world. Soon I'll be purchasing a ruger 9mm and probably a kel-tec pocket piece. Can anyone advise me on getting the p-32 or P-3AT? Here is where I prove my ignorance, which has more power and muzle velocity..a .32 or a .380?
