Classification for PLR-16, TEC-9, C96 etc

Hi, I'm really new to this forum, (As in I signed up specifically to ask this question) but in no way new handguns...
anyways, I was wondering; is there any classification you can give to a pistol in which the magazine loads in front of the grip? As seen in the PLR-16, TEC-9, C-96 (my favorite) etc. etc.
These kinds of pistols are by far my favorite style, and yet I have no idea how to refer to them!

First off, welcome to the forum.

I don't know, how about we name them after the new style of washing machines, you know, "front loaders".

but is there anything i could say, google (like front loading pistols) that would bring up results like i mentioned?
