I'm looking for the ultimate 9mm carry weapon. The P11 seems to have the shortest barrel and appears easy to carry.
For those that own one, what are the pros and cons?
Probably going to trade/sell my LCP, Wilson Combat ADP, Taurus Millenium Pro and maybe even my Sif SP2022.

If you're looking for small, the PF9 is a bit skinnier but otherwise similar.
The P11 fits my hand nicer though and if I thought I could bring another gun home without initiating divorce proceedings ( :oops: ), I'd have picked one up already.
Just looked at the PF9, nice piece, I may try to find one.
A good friend of mine has a P11 for sale, with 2 mags, and ammo!

I love my p11 and even tho we don't have conceled carry here in illinois i still would buy another kel tec. I haven't had a jam so far and i'm 650 rounds down range. I am sure I'm in the minority but I had nothing but problems with my P11. I had to send it back to KelTec twice for repair. They are some of the nicest people. However, I did not feel comfortable using this for a CW pistol and ended up selling it.
I'm considering buying a P11.
Congrulations on your purchase.
BUT don't sell your Sig 2022 - it's one of the best guns I own (and I own a few :mrgreen: )

How is the P11 working out for you? I had one & sold it. I couldn't get used to the trigger.
I carry my P11 in my front pocket in a uncle mikes iwb holster. It's got that little clip on it in case i want to carry in my waist. Easy and cheap.
I had very similar experiance and would never buy another KT again. I believe if I won one I would never own it but would trade it off immediately. Of all the things I have owned in my life the worst luck I have had with anything was a KT handgun. It never worked right and it never got fixed while I owned it.Quote:
