Ranges

Does anyone know of good ranges in east/central Illinois?

When the foid card law was enacted some of the money was supposed to go for range construction. You were also supposed to be able to use police ranges. The illinois rifle assn. Encouraged this crap, said it was a good thing. However neither is true. You are enslaved in illinois.

the nearest one I found to me, that has a handgun range, is about fourty-five minutes away. not to far on some days but to far on others

gotta hate our state

No I love it! You can't carry and the best president ever is from this state. What more could you ask for..

Hey Dalton, there's Midwest Gun Collectors, that's out past Spring Bay on 26, about 45 min away. There's also the Chillicothe gun range (i think it's a "sportsman club") both of those are what you need for pistol/rifle. they are clubs, but membership is 50 or 80 bucks a year.

Peoria Skeet and Trap is just off 26 and only about 10 minutesaway. easy access.

I shoot at the Buffalo Shooting Park in Ottawa IL. Nice place. Friendly and clean.
