Hey Richard~! Congrats on the great find my friend. The S&W
model 39-2 remains as one of my all time favorites. I'm still a
look'in for a prinstine (99%+ condition) with box and docs, with
a factory nickel finish. One of these days, I hope to find one and
this will round out my semi-auto collection. Enjoy~! :-D

Yes I agree on the nice find.I also like the factory grips on it better.The S&W model 39 was the first 9mm that I ever shot.

I just got a Mod 39(no dash) that I enjoy very much. It is the first 9mm that I actually enjoy shooting. It is a great gun, congrats.
