Gun Classes

Hey Everyone-

I am looking to purchase my first Handgun within the next month or so. Before I do, I'd like to get proper training and learn to handle a gun properly along with shooting lessons. I have gone to the range a few times with friends, but do not want to acquire any bad habits. Can you guys recommend a place where you have had first hand experience? I'm located in the Los Angeles area, but am willing to drive for good classes. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Take the NRA Basic Handgun class. It will cover all the basics of gun safety and give you enough info to decide what you want to buy.
