Looking for a new carry.XD9sc or Glock 26? Which on and why? Thanks ,and I'm only looking at these two options. Kahr is out.

Both are great choices and you're not going to go wrong either way. I carry an XD9SC because I prefer how it feels over the Glock. Rent both, shoot both, get the one that works better for you.

I've tried both and ended up with the XD9SC becaus it felt better to hold with the subcompact mag and the xtension, and because of SA's lifetime warranty and great customer service reviews.

I prefer the Glock for the lower bore axis, shorter trigger reset, and greater availability of holsters, magazines, accessories and armorer services.

Glock. If you don't get it, you'll be regretting it.

I chose the XDSC. I didn't see much of a difference either way so I went with the lower priced gun. The XD was about $90 less than the Glock.

I have shot both and I now own a Glock-19. That little gun just fits me so well. The fit and trigger reset on the Glock just did it for me. :smt023

another vote for the XD9. glocks don't fit me therefore I have no reason to own one.

I already have the glock 19 and its a great gun but I need some thing alittle smaller. I use to carry kahr mk9 and pm9 but do to bad customer service they are going up for sale, so I'm looking. I'm leaning twards the XD it fits my hand better than the 26.
