I have been to a few websites, but I am having trouble interpreting the law in PA for carrying a handgun. I am in Philadelphia several nights a week. I am not permitted to carry in NJ, but can I carry in PA? If I do need a permit to carry can I obtain a PA permit and still live in NJ? Maybe I should have gone to law school after all!
If you are a PA resident then it is fairly easy to get a CCW. Nowever, it is not so easy in Philadlephia County. Since you live in NJ then their gun laws, much more restrictive, apply. It seems that whenever you read gun laws anywhere they immediately become ambiguous.
I am constantly going to my girlfriends house who happens to be in vet school at Penn. Penn is located in university city..borderline west Philadelphia = crack house central. Her neighborhood is good, however sometimes there can be the stray drugdealer I am sure. Thanks guys!
