You were attacked by a pack of coyotes?

Coyotes are normally solitary animals, except during the mating season.
When I was living in Los Angeles, interaction with one coyote or another was a weekly occurrence, even within the city.
They don't normally attack, or menace, fully-grown humans. Small children and pets, however, are at risk.

Did you report the attack to animal-control authorities?
There may be a rabies problem involved.

No the incident occurred at night and there were two of them. We weren't attached either, as you can see we were chased.

I don't know what it takes to get one but they can be had.I grew up around the Catskills,I don't remember coyotes much but there were lots of wild dog packs in my area.Beautiful country but I didn't like the BS from the cities,so I bailed out after high school.Try the State Troopers,I believe they play a big part of getting one.
