    Wondering About the Wait... WNY

    Anyone know about how long the approval wait is for the Erie County/WNY area? Havn't submitted application yet but will do so within next 4 weeks.

    I don't know what its like up there, but in Orange county its anywhere between 3 and 6 months. According to NYS law, if it takes longer than 6 months, they are supposed to give you a reason for the delay. I'm waiting over 7 weeks now for an amendment to my permit that used to take 1 week.
