    P11 mag question

    Ive heard that the s&w 5906 15 rd mag will fit the p11 .. Is this true. If so or not is there any other mags that work for high rds just for the range. Other Question , is there any mags like the walthers that have the little slide on the side for your fingure to load easier. Not sure what it is called

    The 5906 mag is supposed to fit the P11. There was a lot of talk about that on the KTOG forum several years back. Lots of info on the KT's there.

    I went and purchased the s&w 59 series mag wich is the 15round(used).. Clicks in fine. if you load it with 4 rounds it shots fine. Load it up and the next round hangs up .. now after it hangs up you can just push the slide shut with your hand and it is loaded fine.. It is a brand new gun I had 75 rnds through it before i tried this mag.. was very dirty. I am going to clean her today and bebur it alittle and I think it will work just fine . I'll keep you posted. the spring in the s&w isn't as stiff as the kel tecs so I am going to stretch the spring alittle also.. any advice let me know

    If stretching the spring helps functioning great but it won't last..It means that a new spring is needed..
