    Kel Tec 32

    In a few hours I will be picking up a new kel tec 32. I purchased this gun after considering comments from this forum. I originally wanted a NA black widow 22 magnum for a pocket gun but decided to go with the Kel Tec 32 because of owners testimonials and the light weight. I looked for the 380 Kel Tec but there seems to be a shortage and they are on backorder at every gun shop I shopped. Any suggestions on ammo for the kel tec 32?

    Here is a link to ballistic tests done w/ the Keltec. I carry Fiocchi FMJ personally. Best penetration. JHP won't reliably expand in this caliber.

    Be aware that the Winchester used in this test isn't the same that Wal-Mart now sells. The FMJ Wal-Mart sells NOW is shaped like hollow points - so it could cause rimlock.

    i bought a p32 about 5 months ago. i cleaned it and took to the range with winchester white box fmj with flat nose. fifty rounds no feeding or any other problems. it is fun to shoot and i would not part with it now. mine is a 2nd genand i carry it every day.

    I have the 3AT and it swallows WWB like it's going out of style. I got about 500rds through it.

    I got it back in Aug 2006. I like it a lot. I mean, it isn't a 15 yard target pistol. But for what it is - it is great. I have had no issues with it. I did put a touch of white paint on the front sight to see it clearly in my dark indoor local shooting range. But, I like it a lot

    I've carried a 1st gen Kel-Tec P-32 for the last 4 years and it has served me well.

    I've used Winchester 60gr Silvertip HPs and have never experienced a rimlock issue.
