Any more info on this?
I've used Hornady ammo in my hunting rifles for years with great success. But never tried any of there personal defense ammo.
For the last few years, I have noticed that the two most carried defense ammunition for the Kel-Tec P-3AT were either Cor-Bon DPX or Federal Personal Defense. The major issue was of corse, the ammunition didn't expand reliably every time. Well, the ammunition company with the worst reputation in the .380 auto category, may have answered the call for a reliable expanding bullet every time! It is the new Hornady Critical Defense ammo. It is a hollow point bullet with a flexible insert that aids in reliable expansion every time. I have always had great accuracy with Hornady and now I expect great reliability with the new Critical Defense ammo. I just received a box in .380 auto 90gr FTP. I will post results from a test here soon. This is my new carry choice and it very well may be the new top choice in the near future.

Great suggestion IF YOU CAN FIND ANY AND BUY IT AT A PRICE THAT IS NOT A RIPOFF
Seems to me that the DPX expands just fine. That is what I carry....I also have some of the standard CorBon stuff
