    P-11 quit ejecting

    My P-11 quit ejecting today.

    It fires the first round then retrieves the spent caseing but does not eject it.

    Have probably fired 600 trouble free rounds through this gun.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Might want to check & see if ejector is broken? Read that KT had a batch of bad ejectors a while back. Thought problem was solved? If you're not sure what to look for, you could do a search on KTOG. If that's it, they have instructions on how to replace it after KT sends you part. The "KT gunsmithing" sticky at top may give you a link to help you too.

    Looks as if it is the ejecter as the extracter works and holds the retrieved caseing. Did not get to call Kel-Tec today but will next week.

    My problem was the ejector.

    Called Kel-Tec on Monday and had it in hand Thursday. Got on KTOG for information as how to replace it.

    Drove out one pin, swapped piece and drove pin back in.

    Ran 20 rounds through it for good measure and all works fine.

    Great service from Kel-Tec, good directions from KTOG and good advice from this forum.
