The sites are junk on them. Just shoot high left till it hits where you want or buy some good sites. I don't use the sites on mine at all.

Push the rear sight to the left a bit, and aim COM? They are designed to hit "behind" the front white dot, not "pumpkin-on-the-post" sight picture? Mine was off to the left whe I got it... I little sight tweaking and she was right on.

Try a couple of different ammos.

If you are right handed, then this is usual for double action only firearms. Mine did the same for the longest time until I got used to it again. It took about 400 rounds to adjust. Now all I do is look right at my target and pull the trigger. It goes boom and hits within a 6 inch target.

Adam may have a good Point. Try a trigger overtravel stop. I used a bumper for a cabinet door on the frame just behind the trigger for mine. It works well and was cheap. Pic here. Well I got it...
