What's your budget for glass?
Two I have used on a normal scope-ring-equipped Redhawk .44 and can personally recommend are Leupold models; the fixed 2x and the variable 2-8x:
Leupold 2x20 FX-II Handgun Scope
Leupold 2.5-8x32 VX-3 Handgun Scope
For a lower-cost option, I used this Bushnell on several single-shot hunting handguns for almost 5 years with no troubles at all, but most of them were either heavier guns or smaller-caliber than a Super Redhawk, so I can't speak to its long-term durability on your handgun with your loads:
Bushnell 2-6x32 Trophy XLT Handgun Scope
All these will work fine at 2x for close-range work, and the variables can be cranked-up to a higher power, and when used from a rested position by an experienced shooter, can lob those big bullets out to longer distances with surprising accuracy. Even the fixed 2x will keep them all on a paper plate out at 100 yards and more if the shooter does their part.
