Thanks for the nice comments. It's a great gun to shoot. I have just over 300 rounds of mostly Blazer Brass and some Golden Saber 230 grain JHP, with no malfunctions of any kind.
Yeah, two would be nice, but I really don't want two of any one caliber unless it's something completely different. I have a Ruger SR9, which is 9mm. I'm hope they will come out with a sub compact pocket pistol in 9mm. I also have the Ruger LCP .380, but would prefer a small 9mm for summer carry. I didn't care for the Kel-Tec PF9 and the Kahr PM9 is too expensive for what it is....
That's a beautiful pistol and a great picture. What camera did you use?
I like to have at least two guns using the same caliber. Need to find a revolver to match the Taurus .45 Cowboy's. I really don't want another .38 Special, though.
That Springer looks nice enough on the outside...but....I had the exact same one long ago and it jammed every 125 rounds with premium FMJ ammo. I let it go.
I won't consider another 1911 unless it's from a higher-end price range. (ie. Nighthawk, Brown etc.) Kimbers, Springers, etc. have a hit or miss ratio, IMHO.
I'm having problems with the slide not locking back though. The two 7-rd factory mags it came with will lock the slide consistently. The two factory 8-rd ones I bought from Springfield will not. Neither will the two Chimp McCormick ones I bought.
