Hope to get some good info from some good people.

Tell us what you are bringing to the forum. Are you new to guns or been a nut for some time. You own 1 or 50. What's your favorite. Stuff like that. I should have said welcome first, late night lastnight. I find this to be the best forum and I was trying to figure out why. It's got one of the best looking boards and you can change how it looks. I go with disturbed x. You will find it right at the bottom left of this page. Yours might say backslash. I figured it out, it's the people of this forum that make it great. It's not the same old people all the time either. It might seem that way at first but then you see people leave for awhile, they always come back. It's just plain fun to be here and welcome again and we are looking forward to knowing you. Best rule to live by is "Always agree to disagree" .

I have had guns all my life (35 years). First BB gun when I was 6, Shooting my brothers single shot 22 at 10 then had to have a Rugar 10/22 for myself. Winchester model 94 30-30 at 12. Think my 12 guage was a Remington and that was it for awhile (had all I needed). Graduated to a Winchester model 88 .308 lever action when dad died (the only way he'd let me use it). It's a beautiful gun and from what I hear pretty hard to come by. That one is probably my favorite sentimentally but now she just hangs on the wall. I lost the use of my right arm in a 4-wheeler accident so now its pistols for me. Thought I could handle a Valtro PM5 pump shotgun with an eight round mag and pistol grip. Guess I should have tried a more standard round than a BBB 3" mag. That gun had to go. I always liked pistols but I didn't get my Taurus PT100 .40 S&W till a few years back. From there it's been a Taurus .38 special snub-nose (for the girlfriend) and me favorite Browning Buckmark Camper .22 lr. It's cheap and fun to shoot and who knew, I'm a better shot lefty. That's the story in a nutshell on my gun life. I want more of course but I'm pretty picky on what I buy. I like to do my homework on the guns I buy and that's why I joined this forum. I agree this one is the best (judged by what I read not what I've seen) compared to all of the other forum threads I have read. I have some decent knowledge of guns so maybe I can help out some other newbe in the future. There's my story. Sorry it's so long.

Also, do you or anyone know if there is a .17 HM2 conversion kit for the Browning Buckmark?
