I am from Manila, married (no kids). I have a S&W model49 .38 special snubby, S&W model51 .22 magnum and got myself last october '06 a new S&W 627-5 8-shots from the Performance Center.

Hoping to trade in new infos & probably get some help here from our folks.

Welcome. I'm Filipino, too but born and raised here . Out there you can have pretty much anything you want. I've been there several times in the past 10 years and my cousins have some pretty fun fully automatic weapons.

Hello Propellerhead! gunownership you say.. it's quite simple, they just get those proper legal documents, police clearance & drug tests etc. then they let you wait for everything to clear, maybe a couple of weeks, mine took about a month. and also you have to be a member of a certain gunrange club or something, cant remember if it was compulsory.

just hoping in the future that we get to have real nice gun ranges or shooting clubs here just like the ones you have there. nice scenery of the outdoor ranges.

DJsaner, kabayan! - its just nice to get to meet people in different races & countries all willing to share bits of the same interests for just a couple minutes. allthough i assume your bro-in-law is more of into the rifle/machine guns, im more of into the oldschool wheelguns.
