    Hello from Charlotte NC...

    Greetings all...

    I am relatively new to firearms...well, I have some experience with a .22 bolt action, but I have not fired a gun in over 15 years.

    At the age of 29 (almost 30 YUCK!!!) I have decided to get a handgun. Right now, I am in an indecisive phase, but that is OK...it will take about 3-4 weeks to get my gun permit, and I hope to have it narrowed down by then.

    I am also in the market for a 12 gauge, but that is not a topic for this forum...

    I am glad to be here, and I plan on learning as much as I possibly can.
