Can a moderator please add "I clicked on the link at The Daily Kos" to the poll?? I think it would only be fair for our liberal and atheist friends.![]()
And just in case there's some confusion, I am neither liberal nor atheist.

I just found this forum through a Google search. Cool place, glad I found it.![]()
I was searching Google for info on Sigma's and found this place and I'm glad I did.![]()
Google!
I just googled "best hand gun forum" and I found this wonderful site. So im setting up camp! Lighting a fire, having a beer and gaining knowledge.
I saw a reference to this forum on http://www.shootersforum.com/index.htm
I found this forum looking for info on the handgun I had. A Tressitu Tz-99. I have owned this gun for several years and it has only had 1 malfunction. When I was qualifying for CHL the slide did not lock in the open position after the last round had been fired. I came back to this forum looking for info on the handgun I purchased a couple of weeks ago... an FNP 40 S&W. This is a nice handgun. Nice trigger pull right out of the box and quick target aquisition. The choice of grip inserts is an added bonus. Great forum..Great info. Thanks
Simple google search turned out several forums. This one "sounded" most practical. Looking forward to learning a few things here.
As a "newbie" myself, I couldn't have stated it any better. I've found this site to be foremost friendly and informative. As a former military police many years ago, I've found it fun to get back into target shooting as well as carrying CCW for self protection. I continue to learn everyday as far as how to safely carry a weapon in todays uncertain world and have appreciated all the knowledge that many of the members are willing to share continually. I've found a home!

Welcome aboard.
So many questions (all good ones, of course).
Get on the New to the Forum forum and start a new thread. Ask your questions there. It'll be good practice for you, and you'll get some answers.
I'm afraid your questions will just get lost in this thread.
