hello from Ohio

Hello all! I was born and raised in Greenbush, OH (tobacco, hog, and cattle farms). My shooting career started when I was 4. My first gun was a daisy red rider (I still have it, too. Back when they were made of real metal and wood). I got turned on to archery when I was 7 and never looked back. I also deer hunt with a S&W686 6"bbl. For squirrels it's a Ruger super single six convertible (.22LR/.22wmr). I just bought my first auto-loading pistol. It is an HK USP 40. My wife decided she needed one, too so she got a Walther P22.

I want to thank the site owner and admin for having a great place to come and learn. I don't speak up a lot, but I'm sure I'll have questions from time to time. I also wish to thank all of the members for their insights. I have learned more than I thought possible in my few weeks of lurking here before joining. Shoot straight and have fun.
