    Question introduction

Hello Forum, I teach concealed carry in Ohio and do it for only forty five bucks with twenty of that going to the club. I also give door prizes and provide homemade food - GOOD!
My wife and I volunter at Camp Perry and when we were there this year we saw a 1911 that was modified by Ed Masaki. The barrel is locked and the recoil is channeled straight back and the shooters that tried it said it recoiled like a 38. The "porting" is completely different than the usual. An interesting piece.
There was a guy there that said there would be a video of the gun on bullseyepistol.com but I haven't seen any mention of that. Anyone else hear of this.
I do know that Ed has applied for a patent.

Welcome to the swamp Swede. I haven't heard of the pistol myself. Might be one of the big gun makers bought him out. For about 2mil tax free, I got a couple of kids and I'll throw in a bonus of 2 grand kids if paid in full by Friday. Naw!!! Just kidding....

$45.00 for an Ohio CCW course. Pretty darn good. I paid $150.00 in central Ohio for mine. That was before HB218 was passed. Lucky for me I can now qualify at the PD range where I retired. Anyway, welcome to the forum. I see we are approaching the 1000 member mark.
