Been shooting shotguns since the mid sixties. (Pheasant hunting here in Iowa on our family farms). Now there are no pheasants remaining. I quit killing innocent animals about 30 years ago, cuz I felt it is wrong. I also owned 2 SKS rifles (with scopes), but soon realized that I had no need to own them. So I sold them.

Last year, the wife & I became responsible hand gun owners. She has 3. I have one, and we each also own 12 guage shotguns (stopping power) for home defense.

I will not disclose details as to why the wife & I chose to own/carry hand guns because it would involve race issues/experiences.
