    Hello from Florida.

    Did a Google search for a message board pertaining to firearms and so here I am.

    I'm here to learn about responsible gun ownership.

    I've never owned a gun before but I figure it's time to stop procrastinating.

    I'd like to learn all I can about effective and reliable firearms, home defense, gun safety, conceal and carry, and legal steps I need to take to own a gun in Florida.

    I'm also interested in maybe visiting a firing range with my wife and son(12 yrs old).

    Anyway, hello again.
