Welcome to the forum!
Hi, haven't been to a range in 35+ years, been thinking of retaking it up as a hobby. Total newby to pistols, the only experience I have was with old .22 cal rifles, will probably start off with a .22 cal pistol and work my way up to a 9mm. A while back I started to look if I could find a Lahti L-35 on the internet.....seems it's hard to find.....it's also a bit more expensive then I imagined. I'll settle for a more modern pistol, but if the time is right and I find the grail who knows! Looking to learn and since this is a handgun forum, I'll try to stick to the subject and not let my other interests get in the way.

Hi and welcome.....JJ
Hi there and welcome. You do have an interest in a rather nice (and not overly easy to find) pistol there. When you do find one be sure to get the L-35 as the L-40s were recalled due to cracking frames.
L-35 has a special meaning for me, it was my grandfathers companion from the winter war through the continuation war......the Swedish L-40 was not made to the same spec.....besides with the L-35, I'd have a 1 in 9000 chance of having his old pistol! Thanks for the welcome!!!
