    New from Il

    Hello. New here and to hand gun owning. Actually still looking. Looking for something safe for my wife and myself for home defense. We have a 9 yr old and a 5 yr old so I want something safe as well. Any ideas for someone just getting into it? Thanks.

    welcome! sounds like a safety course and some range time with an instructor would be appropriate.
