Hello I'm Jek from Los Angeles, Southern California. I owned a CZ 75 P-01 9mm and it's a very reliable semi-automatic pistol. I used to own a CZ 75 P-06 .40 s&w cal. I left it in the Philipppines. I understand about the CZ 75 P-06 is not certified to be used in California, how true is it?

Welcome from the Texas Gulf Coast.
Welcome.......
Welcome, fellow Cz shooter. I warn you...once you get used to a Cz you may be hooked. After you put a few hundred rounds through it, try another gun and you will see what I mean. Even a Glock feels...well like a Glock. The Cz will start to feel like an extension of your body.
You have one of the finest firearms made. Use it safety and get plenty of dry-fire practice.
If you don't have the Cz custom shop trigger job (hammer replacement), I highly recommend one...your trigger will improve even more.
I use my Cz for IDPA competition and it does me well.
There is a lot of good information buried in this site....just search for it: training, safety, cleaning, lubrication, ammunition, personal defense, etc.
Welcome from Virginia.
