welcome from southern oregon
Hey all, Ron here. 42 yr old, looking to get back into the world of target shooting. Used to be into trap and skeet, but now looking to get into pistol target shooting. Had a concealed license to carry permit, but I let it expire. Re-applied for a class A. Looking to hear from members as to what I should get, and what to stay away from
Also anyone from Central MA, with suggestions regarding shooting clubs out my way
Thanx

Welcome from Ohio. Not knowing what kind of target shooting you had in mind( bullseye, small bore 50 ft indoor match, center fire, three gun match, punching holes in paper for fun, ect.) I'd suggest a good quality .22 rimfire. They are about the cheapest to shoot and they can be found in all price ranges and styles. Browning Buck marks and Ruger Mk. 2 or 3 are both of very good quality with out a huge price tag if you like semi auto pistols. If a revolver is more what you had in mind Smith & Wesson are outstanding but cost rather more. Stay with a well known make and you probably do fine.
welcome, i'm glad i joined .
